Once a user subscribes to and activates the paid services on Digi Global Web Solutions, the payment made for activated services is non-refundable under any circumstances, and no claims for a refund will be entertained. We do not offer guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity of the services provided. All services are offered on a best-effort basis.
However, if you request a refund within 10 days of the payment date, we may consider refunding the amount only for services that have not been activated or work that has not been completed, as per our company policy. The refund process may take 35-45 working days, depending on the availability of the required information. Please send your request with all relevant details to billing@digiglobalwebsolutions.com.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method through which Digi Global Web Solutions received the payment. For example, payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card. Refunds will not be processed through a different payment method.

Refunds will not be initiated for services that have already been activated.
